Account Executive


Job Summary:
The account executive will be responsible for maintaining the customer relationship with clients by assuring adequate onboarding, training, and service launch. They are fully involved with developing the clients’ learning curve, and service levels, and maintaining the benchmarked performance level of the platform.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Providing product demonstrations and presentations
• Customer training and assistance on how to use the platform
• Customer product launch
• Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Providing product support and answering customer questions
• Post-sales follow-up and retention.
• Maintaining the account(s) financial records: payment dues and charging rules in coordination with Finance and Marketing Departments
• Reporting on market trends, competitor activities, and any product development-related matters that support better product delivery
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Familiarity with digital business and related industries such as e-commerce, delivery apps, and messaging apps. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and basic business English.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
• Business/Marketing Degree or equivalent
• 3 years of related experience.
