Islamic local bank 

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Follow up on all correspondence and communications related to the branch, as per specialization.
-Issue internal memos and organize all work-related matters within the branch.
-Monitor all matters related to branch employees (such as internal transfers, leaves, etc.).
-Review and sign the branch’s financial entries and documents, and monitor authorized personnel according to delegation limits.
-Supervise administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing correspondence, oversee electronic archiving, and ensure timely preparation of responses to official letters.
-Follow up on account openings and fixed deposits in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures.
-Monitor deposit and withdrawal operations.
-Oversee the issuance of certified checks.
-Supervise all accounting operations within the branch.
-Follow up on all banking facilities operations to meet customers’ needs.
-Prepare the branch’s annual business plan and follow up on its implementation with other departments.
-Prepare periodic and monthly reports, and provide them to the authorized manager and senior management.
