Responsibilities:

- Develop content for marketing materials, including campaigns, blogs, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions with tailored content.
- Ensure all messaging aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and goals.
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate content creation and scheduling across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Monitor social media metrics and prepare reports, offering insights to help refine strategies.
- Assist the marketing team in executing communication strategies for various campaigns, including digital, print, and in-person initiatives.
- Help coordinate events and marketing activities requiring communication support.
- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce engaging marketing materials.

- Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s identity and values consistently across channels.
- Update and maintain a style guide for brand messaging, ensuring cohesion in all marketing communications.
- Support relationship-building with media outlets to promote the organization and its products.
- Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and campaign-aligned stories.
- Manage incoming media inquiries and support the team in pitching stories to journalists and influencers.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Coordinate with teams such as HR, finance, and operations to align on messaging, share campaign updates, and facilitate smooth collaboration on joint initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably with exposure to digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Experience in coordinating cross-departmental communications or supporting multiple teams is a plus.Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
