Job Description

• Design and immplement the Training & Develpoment policy
• Prepare the related Training & Develpoment reports and assesments 
• Manage and direct the Training team, activities over all the group 
• Fulfill the steakholder's needs to deliver the training to staff members in different business sectors among the group in best practices
• Deal with third parties training providors
• Put active plans in corrdination with department managers to provide the staff with the training programms
