Key Responsibilities

• Data Compilation & Analytics
    • Aggregate, cleanse and validate financial data from multiple sources (ERP, Zoho, spreadsheets).
    • Build and maintain dashboards and performance-reporting tools to track key project KPIs.
   
• Financial Reporting
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
    • Deliver variance analyses against budgets and forecasts, highlighting trends and cost-optimization opportunities.
   
• Tax & Compliance
    • Compile and file corporate tax returns and related schedules.
    • Coordinate with external auditors for annual statutory and SOX-style audits.
   
• Banking & Cash Management
    • Maintain project bank accounts and manage day-to-day banking relationships.
    • Optimize cash flow through accurate forecasting and timely reconciliations.
   
• Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Partner with project leadership to develop rolling forecasts and annual budgets.
    • Provide clear commentary on forecast drivers and required adjustments.

Required Qualifications

1. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in project-based or consulting environments.
2. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA/macros) and Zoho Books/Zoho Analytics proficiency.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
4. Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken).
5. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and working knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.
6. Exceptional analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Continuous-improvement mindset; experience implementing process automations is a plus.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30–17:30.
