As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Systems Engineer with expertise in ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Systems Engineer (ERP Specialist & Business Intelligence) at our company, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1.            Managing, maintaining, and developing our ERP system (Erpnext) to ensure seamless integration with our business processes and to support our company's growth.

2.            Collaborating with various departments to understand their requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary changes to the ERP system.

3.            Developing and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting solutions to provide insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance.

4.            Designing, creating, and deploying custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools and technologies to meet the specific needs of the organization.

5.            Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining a high level of system availability.

6.            Developing customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other software and reporting tools to meet business needs.

7.            Providing user training and support, ensuring that all team members are proficient in using the ERP system, BI tools, and related applications.

8.            Monitoring system performance and implementing necessary upgrades, patches, and security measures to maintain optimal performance and security.

9.            Documenting ERP system configurations, customizations, BI solutions, and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate future maintenance.

10.         Collaborating with external vendors and consultants on system development, implementation, and support when necessary.

11.         Staying current with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems, BI, and software development, and applying that knowledge to improve our existing systems.

Job Requirements:

1.            Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2.            3+ years of experience in ERP system implementation, management, and development, preferably with Erpnext.

3.            Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

4.            Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

5.            Experience with database management, reporting tools, and BI technologies, such as Power BI or Tableau.

6.            Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

7.            Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

8.            Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work based on business needs.

9.            Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
