Job Description

•   Coordinating and follow-up the order cycle and associated information systems

•   Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems, and producing new   solutions when managing warehouse or transport staff.

•   Maintain procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with current Government Export Control regulations 

•   Preparation of delivery documentation

•   Liaison with shippers to ensure shipments are on time and the correct export documentation and customs and excise conditions are adhered to

•   Utilize various transportation providers to facilitate shipping planning and scheduling 

•   Prepare and update monthly logistics schedule to assure deliveries 

•   Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations
