Position Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3-5 or more years of previous work experience in supply chain management
2. The position requires a bachelor’s degree. Preferably in business management, economics, logistics, or a related field. 
3. Additional qualifications might include an advanced Supply chain management degree (e.g., Master in the related field, Master of Business Administration)
4. In-depth knowledge of supply chain management. standards and industry legislation
5. Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes 
6. From a non-medical background
7. Nationality: Iraqi
8. Must be able to travel
9. Display exemplary ethical behavior when working with confidential documents
10. Effective data trending, document control, and technical skills
11. Awareness of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications
12. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
13. Organizational and leadership skills
14. Advanced experience with (Microsoft Excel - ERP)
15. Strong problem-solving, training, team-building, and mentoring abilities
16. language skills: Arabic, English, Kurdish in advance
17. Able to work under pressure or meet tight deadlines 

Dr. Atyaf Center’s Supply Chain Officer manages and is responsible for providing the company with the required materials and products on a regular basis and coordinating with suppliers and venders by making purchase orders and contracts and coordinating with other departments in the company.

Tasks, responsibilities, and accountabilities

1. Creating the company’s supply chain strategy
2. Analyzing supply chain data and performance
3. Coordinating with the warehouse department and providing the necessary materials MIN/MAX.
4. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes 
5. Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly 
6. Maintain supply chain records
7. Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
8. Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
9. Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain 
10. Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
11. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
