Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution
• Identify and target travel agencies, tour operators, and travel service providers across Iraq.
• Present and promote the B2B eSIM portal, highlighting benefits and revenue opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new agency sign-ups and eSIM sales.
• Conduct market visits, online demos, and presentations to potential partners.
• Assist new agencies in portal registration, setup, and first transactions.
• Conduct training sessions to explain portal features, pricing models, and product usage.
• Provide sales support materials and promotional content to partner agencies.
Account Management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor agency performance and provide guidance to maximize their sales potential.
• Resolve partner inquiries, technical issues, or account-related concerns in coordination with the support team.
• Prepare and maintain records of sales activities, agency feedback, and market insights.
• Report key performance metrics and suggest strategies for regional growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities in the travel and telecom sector.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in travel, telecom, or tech distribution.
• Strong network of travel agencies or prior experience working with the travel sector is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Tech-savvy with ability to demonstrate online platforms or digital products.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing independently.
