Job Responsibilities
- Follow up on all correspondence and communications related to the branch, as per specialization.
- Issue internal memos and organize all work-related matters within the branch.
- Monitor all matters related to branch employees (such as internal transfers, leaves, etc.).
- Review and follow up on the branch’s financial entries and documents, and monitor authorized personnel according to delegation limits.
- Supervise administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing correspondence, oversee electronic archiving, and coordinate with the Branch Manager in preparing responses to official letters.
- Follow up on account openings and fixed deposits in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures.
- Monitor deposit and withdrawal operations.
- Oversee the issuance of certified checks.
- Supervise all accounting operations within the branch, in coordination with the Branch Manager.
- Follow up on all banking facilities operations to meet customers’ needs.
- Monitor the issuance of letters of guarantee.
- Prepare the branch’s annual business plan in coordination with the Branch Manager, and follow up on its implementation with other departments.
- Prepare periodic and monthly reports in coordination with the Branch Manager, and provide them to the authorized manager and senior management.
- Propose new initiatives, projects, and improvements that contribute to the development of the branch, and discuss these proposals with the Branch Manager for submission to senior management.
Job Knowledge / Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in core banking operations and work methodologies related to the position.
- Full knowledge of organizational policies and procedures applicable to branch operations and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Capability to prepare comprehensive work-related reports.
- Possess strong leadership and managerial skills to manage, develop, and resolve all branch-related matters.
