Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures
Conduct assigned daily field visits (as per set route cycle) across area & channels while implementing 100% of the steps of the call
Develop and maintain a strong distribution network to ensure the availability of the company’s products and achieve set targets
Suggest & justify to Sales Supervisor the needed monthly call cycles revisions according to clients performance & potential
Ensure accurate client classification & request from managers the reclassification of clients as per approved policy
Have a good understanding of competitor's products to counter client arguments
Treat customer requests & complaints promptly
Take proper measures in case client has slow moving items in stocks (promolady, offers..)
Maximize customers in all covered areas
Ensure optimized brands visibility (secondary displays, planogram, POSM, window branding...) in coordination with marketing/sales teams and/or merchandisers
Have a full understanding of merchandising guidelines & ensure their implementation & maintenance directly or through the merchandiser
Ensure with managers that merchandisers are covering weighted accounts & meeting set business goals
Negotiate at no or justified minimal cost the enlargement of shelf share
Take before & after picture & submit them to concerned
Ensure proper maintenance of brand POSM
Ensure proper credit collection; Ensure collection rates are on target and follow-up on low collectors
Submit requested reports to the SM/SP (conduct regular market visits, check competition, sales vs target, coverage/distribution..)
Abide by the set departmental procedures to maximize productivity and control the business
