Job Description

Responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, transport, and store materials and equipment in accordance with site safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely within designated work areas.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials safely.
• Conduct daily pre-use forklift inspections and report defects.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and within rated capacity.
• Follow all HSE procedures, traffic rules, and PPE requirements.
• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the forklift in a clean and safe condition.
• Participate in toolbox talks and required safety training.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of forklift operating experience in an industrial, construction, or logistics environment.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification.
• Good knowledge of forklift and workplace safety procedures.
• Physically fit and medically fit for site work.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
