Responsibilities;
HR:
- Create and implement HR initiatives and systems to develop the internal procedures
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process.
- Assist in performance management processes
- Manage and track the annual & sick leaves of employees
- Communicate and provide feedback to staff to develop their performance.
Business Development:
- Branding
- Organize, attend, and participate in Management meetings.
- Provide administrative support if needed
- Managing social media
- Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Gather helpful information from customer and competitor data
- Negotiate contract terms with clients
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each task to meet deadlines.
- Reporting areas that need improvements
- Ensure management views are managed towards the best solution.
- Follow the industry trends locally and internationally
- Identify and map the business strengths and customer needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office.
- Proficiency in two of the following languages is required; Kurdish, Arabic or English.
