Security Supervisor

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Controls the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security personnel such as security guards and gate receptionists.
• Prepares and delivers training to new and existing employees.
• Provides and/or puts in place security measures and protocols for all the designated facilities 
• Proactively seeks to provide a safe and secure working environment for employees and visitors.
• Regularly conducts walk-throughs and security inspections of assigned facilities.
• Other related duties may be assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• A thorough understanding of security protocols and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Capability to work with confidential and classified information.
• Professional working knowledge of Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages
• Minimum three years of related working experience
