Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and welcomingly.
  • Assist with daily banking operations such as account opening and card issuance.
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on bank products and services.
  • Handle complaints and inquiries effectively and promptly.
  • Collaborate with other bank teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and banking applications.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
