Minimum Education: bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or IT & network Engineering.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 Years
Role: We are looking for a talented and accomplished site engineer to join our growing business. As a site engineer, you will manage multiple projects (such as construction, power and IT related projects), supervise staff, solve issues.
Context related skills, knowledge and experience:
- Managing daily activities on the site
- Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Interpersonal skills (Active listening, Servant Leadership, Conflict Management, Negotiation, Facilitation, Time Management)
- Advance competencies in all computers related tasks including MS Project
- A very good command of English (Writing, Speaking & Reading)
- Supervising skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring PMO plans
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development
- Determine and present estimates of operational costs
- Effectively communicate project scope and expectations to team members and stakeholder
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Manage Project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Communicate acceptance criteria with the project team and ensure teams work towards achieving stakeholder acceptance of deliverables.
- Generate many types of documents, including requirement specifications, contracts, schedules, personnel records, project reports, communication (email) records, design specifications, meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
- Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
- Monitor the project implementation and escalate to management when necessary.
- Coordinate with other department to facilitate the process.
- Prepare the documents and approvals that required to implement projects
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
- Ensure proper filing of documents
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
