Job Description

Minimum Education: bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or IT & network Engineering. 

Minimum Experience: 3-5 Years 

Role: We are looking for a talented and accomplished site engineer to join our growing business. As a site engineer, you will manage multiple projects (such as construction, power and IT related projects), supervise staff, solve issues. 

Context related skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Managing daily activities on the site
  • Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Interpersonal skills (Active listening, Servant Leadership, Conflict Management, Negotiation, Facilitation, Time Management) 
  • Advance competencies in all computers related tasks including MS Project 
  • A very good command of English (Writing, Speaking & Reading)
  • Supervising skills 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring PMO plans
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development
  • Determine and present estimates of operational costs
  • Effectively communicate project scope and expectations to team members and stakeholder 
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
  • Manage Project evaluations and assessment of results.
  • Communicate acceptance criteria with the project team and ensure teams work towards achieving stakeholder acceptance of deliverables.
  • Generate many types of documents, including requirement specifications, contracts, schedules, personnel records, project reports, communication (email) records, design specifications, meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
  • Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
  • Monitor the project implementation and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other department to facilitate the process.
  • Prepare the documents and approvals that required to implement projects
  • Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
  • Ensure proper filing of documents
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
