Job Description

The International School of Choueifat is looking to find a passionate individual with experience in an educational environment who will also be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for students as their School Supervisor.

Brief Job description:

• Ensuring students are in their designated classrooms on time and ready for their class.
• Managing the relocating of students in between classes. 
• Mentoring and discussing with students the role of discipline at school to ensure a safe environment for all.
• Motivating students to work hard during class to achieve maximum possible learning during school hours.
• Contacting, updating, and following up with parents when a student is absent.
• Keeping records through the school system of student/teacher absentees, student attendance reports, student fractions, etc., 
• Monitoring students and ensuring students are well-behaved in the class to promote a calm learning environment.
• Preparing daily reports related to teacher observation, student infractions, teachers' complaints, etc.
• Attending weekly meetings with the team to discuss any concerns or issues they have with student behavior.
• Performing other related tasks or projects as they arise and as delegated by the school management. 

Ideal Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject matter and/or equivalent
• English is a must, Arabic and/or Kurdish are preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Male preferably, but females are also encouraged to apply.
