The Store Manager is responsible for the daily management of a single branch, ensuring smooth operations, high service quality, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on team supervision, sales performance, and maintaining operational standards in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned car wash and detailing branch
- Supervise staff, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met
- Ensure consistent service quality and adherence to SOPs
- Handle customer interactions, complaints, and service recovery
- Drive sales, upselling, and achievement of branch revenue targets
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Prepare daily and weekly operational and sales reports
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall store presentation
- Coordinate with Operations Manager on performance and improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in retail, automotive services, or branch management
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Sales-oriented with good customer service mindset
- Ability to manage operations under pressure
- Good organizational and reporting skills
