Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for the daily management of a single branch, ensuring smooth operations, high service quality, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on team supervision, sales performance, and maintaining operational standards in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned car wash and detailing branch
• Supervise staff, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met
• Ensure consistent service quality and adherence to SOPs
• Handle customer interactions, complaints, and service recovery
• Drive sales, upselling, and achievement of branch revenue targets
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Prepare daily and weekly operational and sales reports
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall store presentation
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on performance and improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, automotive services, or branch management
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Sales-oriented with good customer service mindset
• Ability to manage operations under pressure
• Good organizational and reporting skills
