Position Purpose:
Coordinating all activities regarding Basic Design, Detailed Design, Procurement, and Construction of Vacuum Distillation Unit.
The site Manager will supervise the whole progress of the Design, Procurement & Construction for compliance with schedule and standards under the supervision of PM. Position Accountabilities: • Preparing project checklist and all the necessary documents applying during the Basic Design Engineering Package (BDEP), First to End Engineering Design (FEED), and Detailed Design (DD) progress. • Set up a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective during design & construction. • Checking ALL comments from Wataniya Team under supervision of Project Manager and following up drawing & documents till final revision issuing from Contractors. • Review all project documentation for meeting the intent of the project start-up schedule. • Attending BDPE, HAZID, HAZOP, and related meetings along with Wataniya Team & Contractors as Project Coordinator during Design Phase. • Report to the Project Manager and Planning on the progress and quality of the project(s) and obtain authority from the Project Manager for any decisions/instructions required to ensure timely delivery. • Develop a progress schedule that meets the requirements of the project. • Provide support to project team members to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with established standards. • Reviewing all technical offers during the VDU project & similar projects from Wataniya Group. • Ensure that the construction teams from Wataniya or Sub-contractors are sufficiently resourced Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience:
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in oil fields also 5 years’ being in a similar role would be appreciated
• Information Regarding Vacuum Distillation Unit (VDU) operation or construction
• Previous success in a management role is strongly desired
• Participating in Design, Procurement, and construction of downstream projects.
Skills:
• Familiar with AutoCAD and related engineering/project planning software’s
• Strong teamwork, influential skills, analytical mindset, excellent
• in building good working relationships with the Client, Contractors, and engineering design companies.
• Worthy in web search for new company’s dynamic in oil projects.
• Familiar with international certificates and standards such as ISO, ASME, ASTM, BS/EN, AASHTO and project’s related standards.
