Job position:  Mechanical maintenance engineer     +5 Years Exp
Location:           Baghdad-Airport Street \ AUIB
Reporting to:  Maintenance Manager
Working Hours: Full-time (10 hours\two-shift\day and night)

 Job Brief: 

Mechanical maintenance engineers are responsible for complex systems, such as heating and air conditioning systems, elevators, water treatment plants, etc.

    Responsibilities and Requirements:

•            Experience working on lifting stations and water pump stations.

•            Experience in maintenance pumps, and valves.

•            Experience in the Installation of water, sewage, and fire lines.

•            Ability to develop a maintenance plan and make Scheduling maintenance activities. 

•            Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints in order to identify problems and determine how best to repair them.

•            Ability to use specialized tools and equipment to complete tasks.

•            Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

•            5 year’s experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.

•            Working knowledge of mechanical systems.

•            Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance programs.

•            Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
