Key Responsibilities:

-System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, patching, and preventive maintenance for servers and IT infrastructure.

-Network & Security Management: Ensure secure, reliable, and optimized network operations in line with cybersecurity best practices.

-User Support: Provide timely technical support and assistance to employees across the organization.

-Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement, manage, and test data backup and recovery strategies to safeguard business continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems; strong knowledge of network configuration and hardware maintenance.

-Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in system administration or IT support roles.

-Security Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, and protocols.

-Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges effectively.
