Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity requirements. The role will provide hands-on technical support, ensure the reliability and security of IT services, and contribute to infrastructure improvements and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, hardware, and end-user devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and network infrastructure.
• Manage and support Fortinet firewalls and security solutions.
• Manage company email systems, user accounts, permissions, access rights, and security settings.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Manage backups, system updates, disaster recovery, and IT security measures.
• Provide advanced technical support to users and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and technology implementations.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers and manage technical licenses and support agreements.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, configurations, procedures, and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior IT staff when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a senior technical or specialist role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Good knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including switches and routers.
• Practical experience with Fortinet firewalls and security solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, network security, access control, and data protection.
• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and email systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Microsoft, or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
