The Luxury Showroom Salesperson is responsible for providing excellent customer service and knowledgeable advice to customers in a luxury tile and sanitaryware showroom. The Salesperson will present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. They will also ensure that all sales transactions are conducted accurately while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
Demonstrate products/services to existing and prospective customers by explaining product features and benefits.
Answer customer questions about product specifications, pricing, availability, etc.
Assist customers in selecting the best product for their needs.
Record sales transactions accurately in the point of sale system.
Maintain knowledge of current promotional offers and advertising campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternative solutions, creating payment plans when necessary, etc.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability on the showroom floor.
Keep showroom floor tidy and maintain displays in a neat, organized manner.
Requirements:
- Arabic and Kurdish language are must and English is plus
- Computer Skill is must specially MS Excel
- Have certification ( Bachelor or Diploma) in related field
-Able to create a professional and high-ticket communication with customer
- Interest in luxury Item sale
- Able to work under high-pressure
- Have experience in sales
- Kurdish people from Erbil are only preferable candidates, NO Foreign people
- Males candidates are preferable
