Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The below duties are expected of the employee:
- Ensuring that procedures are following according to Donut World Company standards across all locations
- Hiring, training, and scheduling all staff to ensure proper function of each branch
- Overseeing production to ensure daily demand is produced and met on time and to quality standards in coordination with Executive Pastry Chef and kitchen team
- Managing B2B accounts and other wholesale operation relationships
- Coordinating with Finance to ensure performance metrics are being achieved and controlling costs in line with company goals
- Assisting in procurement of ingredients, managing supplier relations and managing landlord relationships
- Developing menu selections, promotional offers and sales techniques company-wide
Skills
- Language Skills: Must know English- Kurdish and Arabic is a plus
- Computer Skills: Able to understand and use a POS system (basic working knowledge), MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Organizational Skills: Must be a good communicator, organized, attention to detail, able to work under pressure, customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or above
- Previous Experience in Year & Field: At least two-years prior experience in the service industry is required
