Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
•Perform reference checks as needed
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
• Manage onboarding new hire processes
• Stay up-to-date of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Source candidates using a variety of search methods
-Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
-Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
-Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
Completing paperwork for new hires
•Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
• Meeting deadlines of hiring requirements on timely manner
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers

Requirements:

-Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations

-Minimum 3-4 years of previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or similar role.  

-Must be able to speak English and Kurdish , Arabic is a bonus.
