Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the accounts team, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
  2. Prepare financial statements and reports for management and property owners.
  3. Review daily entries and transactions and analyze accounts.
  4. Oversee payments and collections, ensuring accurate financial records.
  5. Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience; experience managing a financial team is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
