Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage maintenance operations for electrical systems, including generators, HVAC units, and related equipment
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient project execution
• Supervise technicians and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC issues, providing effective solutions
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation
• Manage timely procurement of tools, materials, and spare parts

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance projects
• Hands-on experience in generator maintenance and other electrical systems
• Knowledge and experience with HVAC systems is required
