Job Description

Responsibilities: 

•  Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances. 
• Preparing financial statements. Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas.

• Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
• Complete and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures 
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met ,Prepare financial management reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing of accounts 
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures 
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities 
• Payroll, Cash Sales, payable, general ledger and receivable accounts maintenance and preparation
• Develop and maintain financial data bases 
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process 
• Must be able to use Zoho system, odoo or SAP for accounting 

Requirements

Bachelors degree in accounting is MUST

Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

English and Arabic is must Kurdish is a plus. 

minimum of 4 years of previous experience

Salary range + $1,200

Working days and hours: Sunday- Thursday ; 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
