Responsibilities:

• Manage payment processes for logistics and freight forwarding shipments.
• Follow up with SoAs, banks, and other parties for timely payments.
• Follow-up on payment with venders, agents, and brokers.
• Accurate data-entry and logistic software.
• Able to calculate taxes and vats.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of SoAs, banking processes, and payment collection procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication).
• Experience with accounting software; Odoo ERP knowledge is a plus.
