- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
Manage schedules and deadlines (for driver & maintenance work) - Checking company cars (maintenance & other)
- Checking staff accommodation
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents
- Prepares all outgoing company letters to external parties In charge of all company internal & external documents
- Supervise & Maintain office files
- Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
- Checking prices based on the requirements and direction from the line manager
- Meets proposal priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing and review, ; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals.
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
Requirements
Candidate MUST be from HAWLER (carrier of Hawleri card zenyari )
Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes
Speaks, Reads, Writes English and Kurdish. Arabic is plus.
Bachelors degree in Business or any relevant field.
3 years of previous experience
Salary range $ 1,000 - $1,100
Working days and hours: Sunday- Thursday ; 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
