Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain servers, data storage systems, workstations - hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot systems and network problems, diagnose/resolve/repair hardware and software issues.
• Implement, perform and monitor and maintain data backup and recovery.
• Accurately and effectively log and maintain incidents in ticketing system.
• Receive assigned support calls and tickets and take responsibility to provide client support technical issues remotely or in person on site visit.
• Ability to mobilize to provide onsite support inside same city or travel extensively anywhere in Iraq. 
• Respond to incidents within agreed time limits within service levels agreement.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open cases (Service Requests, Incidents, Problems).
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with clients and other resolver teams (including internal and external service providers.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches and firewall.
• Good Knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting workstations, servers, SAN storage, tape library and backup solutions.
• Good Knowledge in MS SQL and Oracle Database.
• Good Knowledge in configuring and administering MS windows client and MS windows server.
• Good Knowledge in End point security server.
• Good knowledge in providing troubleshooting for computer peripherals such as (printers, scanners, plotters, cameras, card printers, etc..

Education and Experience:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology engineering, computer engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, or related fields.
• At least four years of experience in the same aspect is required.

Languages

Arabic, English and Kurdish is a plus.

Working hours 8:30 am- 4:30 pm , starting range of salary $ 2,000
