SMB Group is hereby announcing that we are looking for a qualified #Surveyor to work on our Project in #Baghdad.

- Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.
- Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
- Build maps, sketches, and charts.
- Supervise and provide guidance to field staff.
- Collaborating and working with project managers, construction crews, and government agencies, when necessary.
- Report on survey results and present findings to clients.
- Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements.
- Marking and delineating boundaries and reference points on a property or section of land.
- Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.


Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Survey or similar degree
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Survey of large-scale projects.
- #English, the #Arabic language is a must with preferably #Turkish language as well.
- Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.
- Attention to detail
- Great organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
