Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data to extract valuable insights.
• Develop advanced Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, and complex formulas to organize and interpret data efficiently.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business operations and decision-making.
• Present findings and trends to managers and key stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting across the organization.
• Identify patterns and trends in company data to improve business performance and efficiency.
• Assist in forecasting and demand planning using historical sales data and market trends.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new tools, and emerging trends in data analytics.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and provide innovative solutions for better data management.
• Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize business processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
o Advanced Lookup Functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH)
o Experience with Excel functions
o Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts for interactive data summarization
o Advanced Data Visualization & Conditional Formatting
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and technologies (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity in their reports and data.
• Ability to accurately update and track data updates
• Sanitize and enter data into the system on a daily basis
• Update the team about the latest changes on weekly basis
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
