we are looking for  a perceptive, creative Technician in Erbil

Responsibilities: 
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist clients.
• Install and test products, equipment and machinery and provide customers with instructions on the proper use of their product.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and evaluate available information.
• Repairing defective or damaged products or ordering necessary parts to replace defective parts
• Promote the company's services.
• Maintain your technical and mechanical skills

Requirement : 
• University degree or technical degree in industry
• Ability to work independently.
• Manage overtime on service calls patiently and not rush to work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems based on non-technical customer descriptions.
• Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.
• Fitness for lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces and bending frequently
