Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
● Listen actively to customer inquiries, concerns, and financial needs.
● Provide personalized assistance with banking transactions, account inquiries, and
product information.
● Provide information on various banking products, including savings accounts, and
certificates of deposit.
● Verify customer identities and maintain confidentiality of customer information and KYC.
● Participate in branch marketing initiatives to acquire new customers.
● Follow up with customers to ensure their banking needs are met and their concerns are
resolved satisfactorily.
● Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the branch manager.
● Collaborate with colleagues to handle peak customer traffic effectively.
● Provide support to team members when needed with account opening, closing, and
maintenance procedures..
● Sending work reports and customer compliance to the branch manager.


Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s in business or any equivalent degree.
● Previous experience in customer service in banking is a must.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
● Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards of CBI.
● Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
