Key responsibilities & duties
Tender & Costing
- Study the tender documents and prepare submission documents – Technical and Commercial.
- Prepare the tender costing documents and prepare a response time for the same.
- Ensure all the requirements of the tender documents are complied with and list out the non-compliance if any.
Estimate the Tender Bond / Performance Bond and liaise with the Finance Department for its arrangement as per the tender requirements.
- Liaise with Insurance, QHSE, HR, Operation, and Finance Departments to ascertain compliance and incorporate the data obtained in the Tender Costing.
- Arrange a meeting with the Operation and HR Departments to develop a project operational plan, manpower mobilization, and best approaches to undertake the project.
- Attend the Technical Clarification meetings and Site Visits scheduled by the clients and prepare a formal response.
- Effectively organize and ensure that mobilization of required resources is carried on smoothly within the period set out in the tender upon the contract award.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to the Project Clients and present the Company Profile and also the Project Implementation Plans and approach.
- Review the clauses of Contracts, involve in the Contract Negotiations, provide inputs, and advice & discuss with the Commercial Manager the possible solutions to the commercial issues.
Initiate and update Online / Offline Registration of the Company, prepare the documents, and obtain relevant information for the Pre-qualification.
- Ensure appropriate relations, communications, and correspondence with Corporate Clients.
- Advice the Sales team regarding the Vehicle prices, costing, resale values, and the technical requirements
-Calculate Book Values and Profit or Loss for the Used Cars to be sold & get approvals.
- Evaluate the Auctions for Used Cars and ascertain the best financial offer.
- Prepare Used Cars Sales Report Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly or as and when required by the management.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
*Requirements:
- A degree holder in Business, Commerce, Law, or Equivalent.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- 3- Years related commercial and tenders experience.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office.
