Responsibilities
- Assist the management run a professional business where our employees are performing their duties as per five star hotel standards.
- Design hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs
- Interview, assess job candidates and Onboard new hires
- Manage compensation and benefits plans
- Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime
and breaks. - Report on employee turnover rates and organize employee records.
- Implement Employee retention programs
- Schedule trainings for all hotel employees
- Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
- Ensure hotel staff complies with company’s policies, rules and regulations.
Requirements
5 years’ Work Experience as an Human Resources Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry
Hands-on experience with HR and payroll softwares/ systems
Experience in conducting interviews
Understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime
regulations
Excellent communication skills
Bachelors in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Additional Diploma in Hotel Management is a plus.
Salary range $1500
