A well known app service company in Erbil is looking for call center agents 

• Must be able to speak Kurdish , Arabic and English 
• Must have previous experience in call center 
• Take calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
