• Sales Opportunity Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business

• Customer Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries, recommending the best
offerings based on budget and technical requirements.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing
deals, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
• Quotations and Negotiations: Prepare accurate quotes and assist in negotiating contract
terms to close sales effectively.
• Target Achievement: Work towards meeting sales targets and optimizing profits through
strategic planning.
• Service Level Agreements: Assist in acquiring new Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to
enhance service offerings.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to
ensure ongoing partnerships and repeat business.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records for follow-ups on contracts,
updates, and renewals.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team
