Job Description

#Senior_Marketing_Specialist is required in Erbil or Baghdad for VAPE industry.

Major Responsibilities and duties:

- Leading and executing offline and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.

- Overseeing and mentoring the marketing team, driving excellence in both digital and offline marketing strategies.

- Skillfully managing budgets for marketing activities, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

- Developing strong marketing strategies for BTL and ATL, encompassing precise targeting, compelling messaging, and creative assets.

- Coordinating closely with advertising and marketing agencies to create and implement advertising materials and media buying for digital campaigns.

- Directing the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, videos, and other promotional content for both BTL and ATL channels.

- Employing data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, enabling data-backed decision-making.

- Staying aligned with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, facilitating agile marketing strategy adjustments.

- Organizing and execute events, exhibitions, and activations as part of BTL campaigns.

- Fostering strong cooperation with cross-functional teams, ensuring that marketing efforts harmonize with broader business objectives.

Requirements and skills of ideal candidates:

- A minimum of 5 years in marketing experience in Iraqi market.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities to guide and motivate the marketing team.

- A strategic mindset for developing comprehensive and results-oriented marketing plans.

- Strong creative and analytical skills to craft compelling marketing content.

- Experience in effectively collaborating with advertising and marketing agencies.

- A profound understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

- Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English, Arabic or Kurdish.

- Able to travel all Iraqi cities.
