Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
* Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and feedback.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
* Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on achieving a positive outcome.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed about promotions, policy changes, and product updates.
* Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
