Our Client is looking for a senior Auto Dealership GM with more than 10 years of experience in the field of car trade
for mid to high end cars ( Chinese and European brands )
Description
- Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
- Recruit, hire, and train sales staff, service managers, office managers, and sales/finance department managers to meet profit levels.
- Customer Satisfaction Score maintained and all positions filled and profit levels are met.
- Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sale and brand visibility for the car dealership.
- Marketing and CRM maintained.
- Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and dealership staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit sales.
- Implement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the needs of the local market.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing with head office management.
- Frequent concise meetings created and Strategies implemented.
- Learn and uphold all local and federal regulations impacting vehicle sales, and the automotive industry in Iraq
- Meets with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.
- Coordinates with the head office on all aspects of the business.
- Dealership adheres to all laws.
- AOPs implemented

Basic Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration and/ or vehicle mechanics.
-English and Arabic are necessary.
-Advanced computer skills MS.
