Job Description

Core Technical Skills Required:

Operating Systems (Linux)
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux (preferably Red Hat-based)
• Knowledge of filesystem structure, networking basics, user/process management
• Experience with RPM, YUM, DNF package management

Database (Oracle)
• Solid Oracle Database knowledge
• Ability to query, review logs, monitor sessions, and understand performance basics
• Strong SQL fundamentals for troubleshooting and analysis

Scripting
• Ability to write/modify Python scripts for automation, log parsing, and operational tasks

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
• Log analysis (Linux, application, and database logs)
• Root cause analysis and structured fault isolation
• Familiarity with tools like tcpdump, netstat/ss, journalctl, systemctl

Support & Operations
• L1/L2 support experience (tickets, incidents, monitoring, SOPs)
• System health monitoring and escalation to L3 when required

preferred languages ( English , Kurdish ,Arabic is a bonus )
