Job Description

The System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems.

•           Monitor and troubleshoot system and network performance issues.

•           Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and data security.

•           Implement system updates, patches, and security measures.

•           Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues.

Qualifications:

•           Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.

•           Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Veeam).

•           Knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN,SSL/TLS ,Firewalls).

•           Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

•           Minimum 3 years of experience; certifications (RHCE, CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
