Industry: Car Wash & Car Detailing

The Lifecycle Manager is responsible for overseeing the full customer and service lifecycle across all branches, ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and customer retention. This role focuses on optimizing customer experience from first contact through repeat service, while aligning operations with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including acquisition, service delivery, and retention
  • Monitor service quality across all car wash and detailing locations
  • Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty initiatives
  • Coordinate with operations and workshop supervisors to ensure service consistency
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational data to drive improvements
  • Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and service recovery
  • Support pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling opportunities
  • Oversee CRM systems and customer databases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer experience, or service management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience in automotive services or retail operations is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
